Swarm Gallery: Final Dream Fringe - Works by Erik Friedman and Reuben Margolin
Review by John Casey: Erik Friedman draws silhouettes of light poles and wire with delicately rendered chandeliers, ferris wheels and angels layered on top. This is done on somewhat translucent vellum and it's a really nice effect. Reuben Margolin's sculptures move in an organic undulation. Watching these elegant contraptions is totally mesmerizing.

Rowan Morrison: The Cabinet II
Rowan Morrison Gallery and Artist's Bookstore is excited to announce "The Cabinet II" - a follow up of The Cabinet Show at 21 Grand in Oakland back in 2003. This show features the work of three artists, Samantha Lautman, Anna M. Simson, and Patrick Rowe. For the most part, these prints combine traditional printmaking techniques (monoprint, etching, and lithography) with materials and processes such as gouache, photography, stencils, and digital media.
