INSTRUCTIONS: Artbusiness.com art appraisals are much more than just prices for your art. Each appraisal explains how the final price is determined, and includes additional comments relevant to your specific request.

Please complete as many fields as possible: Include text of any stickers or writing on the front or back of the art or its frame, the ownership history, the original purchase price when available (this does not affect current market value), receipts, guarantees, certificates, previous appraisals (with the appraiser name and appraisal date), and the pertinent text of any letters, papers, or articles discussing the art.
